Son of Roy and Billie Whiddon.

Department of the Army, Stationed out of Eglin AFB - Assigned to Charlie Troop, 9th Cav, 1st Sqd Batallion on March 3, 1970 and was Killed in Action on May 6, 1970. He was the pilot of an OH-6A Observation Helicopter.

Tommy was awarded the Purple Heart, Air Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and a set of Army Aviator Wings.
